I got the book for Christmas, and it will help
our team quite a bit. Good reading, good fun, like a lot of the real people at any given contest. My mentor used to be Paul Mirk, but now its Mike.

Amazing interview, he sounds like a great guy. I am really enjoiying reading his book… I might even try a couple of his recipes this weekend.
